- 5 Tire flips
- 10 Hand stand push-ups
- 15 Push-ups
- 200 meter run
As many rotations as you can do in 20 minutes.
Number to beat – 10
Middle of the pack – 7
Last man – 5
For you corporate gym fags:
- 5 225LBS deadlifts
- 10 HS PU
- 15 PU
- 1 minute, max speed, and elevation on treadmill.
