- 5 Pull-ups
- 5 Hand stand push-ups
- 5 Burpees on tires
Do 1 set every 60 seconds.
For 20 minutes
Tire burpee: start standing, place you hands on the tire. Do a push-up stand up and press the tire overhead. (You can substitute a medicine ball.
