- 50 Hand stand push-ups
- 50 Kettle bell swings (2 pood or 72.22 lbs)
- 50 Push-ups
- 50 Lunges
- 50 1 leg box jumps (waist height, 25 each leg)
- 50 Dumbbell snatches (45 lbs, 25 each arm)
- 50 Medicine ball burpees (place your hands on the medicine ball, drop down and do a push-up, stand up lifting the medicine ball over your head and press it… repeat)
