Tim Kennedy Workout – 12 June 2009

  1. 50 Hand stand push-ups
  2. 50 Kettle bell swings (2 pood or 72.22 lbs)
  3. 50 Push-ups
  4. 50 Lunges
  5. 50 1 leg box jumps (waist height, 25 each leg)
  6. 50 Dumbbell snatches (45 lbs, 25 each arm)
  7. 50 Medicine ball burpees (place your hands on the medicine ball, drop down and do a push-up, stand up lifting the medicine ball over your head and press it… repeat)

For time:

Time to beat 10:56

Middle of the pack 15:20

Last man to finish 19:03
