  • 21 Deadlifts (115% body weight)
  • 21 Box jumps
  • 21 Handstand push-ups
  • 15 Front squat (100% body weight)
  • 15 Ball burpees (your hands never leave the ball)
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 9 Push press (75% body weight)
  • 9 Bar dips
  • 9 Leg lifts

Time the rounds with 60 second break between rounds.

Round 1 – 9:01
Roudn 2 – 8:40


Last man:
